Series 900 – Boiling Pans

  • Our range of boiling pans can be gas or steam heated. They are available in 150 Ltr. Capacity. Gas models can be direct or indirect heating for delicate types of food.
  • Outside structure is made of Stainless Steel AISI 304.
  • Top is made of one piece of Stainless Steel AISI 304, 2 mm thickness.
  • Cylindrical pan with double wall spring balanced lid.
  • Pan joined to the top through a continuous weld with a molded anti-condensate channel, provided with front drainage hole.
  • equipped with hot and cold water taps, as well as 2″ drain valve in crome-plated brass with heat resistant handle.
  • Indirect heated models are equipped with safety pressure relief valve to control jacket pressure.
  • Gas models feature two independent sets of tubular Stainless Steel burners controlled by simmer valves. Each burner equipped with pilot flame, piezo ignition and a safety device to cut out gas in case of flame failure.
  • Stainless Steel height adjustable feet.
